Book starts out with a mother and father and bring their daughter to the beach. She finds many sea creatures and wants to take them all home but the parents explain they need to stay at their own homes.
Didn't care for some print that was hard to read because of the background color and that I was not able to increase the font size on my tablet.
Has a good ending, sweet dreams.

A cute rhyming book that teaches children to respect animals and their environment is always going to score high in my book. When you add in the fact that the family featured is non-white, therefore adding more diversity to the childrens' book pool, it just pushes it even higher up.
This was an adorable book with a good message and cute illustrations. The only issue I had with it was that a couple times the rhyme seemed a bit awkward, and didn't really flow off the tongue like it should have.
Overall, though, Carla Faraldo is an author I'm happy to have found, and I'll definitely be checking out more of her kids books!
This was a cute story with beautiful pictures. Taking place near Seattle, children will love this story while learning a little about ocean animals.
My daughter really loved this book. The rhymes are really sensitive and beautiful and help children learn that sea animals need to stay with the sea. Beautifully illustrated! I received my copy via kindle unlimited.

This is a really beautifully illustrated and executed picture book that helps to teach children about their environment and how to respect the wildlife in it. I have three nieces who love the beach and they really enjoy it. I'm waiting for the paperback version so I can buy copies for friends. Highly recommended!

I love these little, short stories.. I read them to my grand baby, she's likes to look at the pictures. Book was bright, delightful.!!
